Abstract (English)

Seven essays treat the issues of the aesthetic challenge of computers, the present "iconoclastic controversy," pivotal aspects in the development of computer art, and children and computers. Works by 14 artists and artists' groups are discussed, including artist's statements. Four articles follow on more practical issues: innovations, demand for high quality images in business, and some capacities of different computer systems. Biographical notes.
