Abstract (English)

Accompanying an exhibition of 14 Latin American artists, Mesquita and Mellado focus on the coherence of the idea of "Latin American art" and the curatorial role as a kind of "cartography." Henkenhof offers a glossary of concepts crucially linked to the origin of Latin American art. Includes extracts from reviews on the artists' work, translated from Spanish and Portuguese.
