Abstract (English)

Introducing the Cromwells, Clarke stresses the significance of their "Africadian" heritage. Kennedy elaborates on two of Ralph's works and the notion of the folk-art object. Includes the artist's documentation of the "bicycle-boat" (1957-1970).
