Abstract (English)

Paoletti discusses Berg's sculpture "Diplopia", emphasising how the physical and psychological experiences of passage challenges the viewer's ability to perceive events in a truthful way. By means of a detailed description of walking though the sculpture, Paoletti calls attention to the "existential choice" and ritualized movement brought about through Berg's simple structural langage. 10 bibl. ref.
