Emphasizing the presence of "notions of the forbidden" throughout Fournelle's oeuvre, Dumont's analysis of the installation "L'interdit Damoclèse" (1992) focuses on the use of "fundamental symbols of mythic thought": the circle, square, cross and pyramid. Biographical notes.
