Transcripts of three public discussions on the role of the curator, including question and answer periods, form the contents of this book. Tawadros and Obrist talk about the shows they have curated in terms of opening up new intellectual spaces; Morris and Esche broach issues of the institution and expertise in their discussion; Brett and Petheridge’s conversation centres on the figure of the artist as curator.
