Abstract (English)

"This catalogue documents the more obvious aspects of my life and work. It isolates certain images and events from others. By inclusion, certain works and achievements are seen as more important than others. I find such distinctions compromising and difficult to make, but I can offer no acceptable alternative. This process of selection is very much related to the actual making of art. I work within chosen aesthetic limits. When limits fail to satisfy my needs, I reassess them." -- p. 3.
