Abstract (English)The product of an exhibition exploring the notion of "the public" in art and architecture, accountability, and the manner in which meaning is constructed, reinterpreted and assimilated, this anthology presents six artists' projects in conjunction with six essays investigating topics including: vandalism during the French revolution; monumentality and the functional form; and the collapse of communism, ruins, and revisionist history.
