Abstract (English)

Fischer states that this exhibition is to be understood as a sequel to previous stagings of the Scott curated “Universal Pictures.” New work by the artists in the previous exhibitions is described by both Fischer and Scott. Both curators focus on the techniques of marketing and illusion appropriated by the conceptual artists from “Hollywood North,” otherwise known as Vancouver. 3 bibl. ref.
