Abstract (English)

Exploring the medium of video, this monograph combines contributions by 16 artists (supplemented by biographical notes, bibliographies and videographies), and seven essays, including: Levine's explanation of the significance of time and the technical aspects of television, and Graham's examination of the window, the mirror, video and culturally defined modes of perception.
